Evaluations have been central to social psychology since the field's earliest days. The Attitudes Preconference features speakers whose work addresses issues of cognitive, affective, and motivational processes, implicit and explicit measures, and interventions designed to change people's evaluations and behavior. We value an interactive environment; thus, this preconference consists of 30-minute talks with a 15-minute Q & A session after each. There will also be a data blitz session that gives graduate students an opportunity to present their recent research and a presentation of the Distinguished Career Award.
Full schedule coming soon!

We invite current graduate students or recent PhDs (degree received in 2014 or later) to submit proposals for a 5-10 minute "data blitz” oral presentation at the preconference. Anyone is welcome to submit proposals for the poster presentation that will take place during the lunch hour. To be considered for the data blitz or poster session, please email Kate Ratliff (firstname.lastname@example.org) with a 150-word abstract. Please specify in your email whether you would like your submission to be considered for a data blitz or a poster; if you choose data blitz, please also specify whether you’d like your submission to be considered for a poster if not accepted. The deadline for submissions is Friday, December 14, 2017.
To be Announced.
