All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by December 19, 2016. A refund of the convention fee, minus a 30% cancellation fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests made after December 19, 2016. Substitutions are accepted prior to the convention. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Submit all cancellation and substitution requests to SPSP Registration via email at email@example.com. SPSP regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, SPSP meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, video, livestreaming, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by SPSP. In addition, registrants consent to not recording, photographing, or streaming any session or event without explicit permission from the speaker or presenter.
